For more budget-conscious people, there are several other national-brand chain hotels like the Hyatt, Marriott, and Radisson.  These mid-class hotels offer comfortable rooms, exceptional amenities, and much more affordable prices compared to the big luxury hotels like the Trump Tower and Hawaii Prince Hotel.  However, for the tight-budget traveler, Waikiki also offers several bed and breakfasts, motels, and even several boutique hotels.  Some of these family-run hotels are quite spacious and convenient and often sell at prices up to one-fourth the going rate of many mid-range hotels.
